I can't say enough good things about Nick and the work he did on our home. What a lucky find! Nick of Golden Touch is very professional as well as personable. He responded quickly to our call, gave us a reasonable bid, scheduled the work and completed it in less than a week from our initial call. Had a leak through the roof and reached out to a few roofers. Zeqir was super prompt in responding, and was able to come out for an estimate the very next morning. He was excellent in communication throughout, was able to identify the problem areas, and provided a quote for the roof project and some updates to gutters that will improve day to day convenience in terms of placement. The day of, Zeqir and his team arrived promptly, was thoughtful in laying out a plastic cover on the ground for easier cleanup/ lessen debris, repaired the roof, provided photos throughout, and got the job done. He even was amenable to our request to add insulation to the roof (which after opening the roof we realized was missing) and added new wooden support to areas of the roof beam that had damaged wood. UPDATE 04/19/26 Returning Customer (many times over) I no longer try to get quotes for my yearly home improvement projects. Golden Touch is always my first call and they have never failed to deliver. The team meticulously completes my projects taking all my concerns into consideration and executes the job timely and with perfection. In business they say it’s easy to get someone to try something at least once, but it’s definitely harder to retain them. I called Nick because my roof and gutters needed repair ASAP. He took a look and gave me his honest opinion on what to do. Next day Nick and his team came first thing in the morning and got to it. I got lucky and found this company always professional in 2022 and they did an amazing job on my siding, I had to acquire them again in 2026 due to storm damage and they were here immediately after I called and did the job for free this time it wasn’t a big h job to them and I am grateful for that and my wife also told me that they are very good at what they do.
