He was excellent in communication throughout, was able to identify the problem areas, and provided a quote for the roof project and some updates to gutters that will improve day to day convenience in terms of placement. The day of, Zeqir and his team arrived promptly, was thoughtful in laying out a plastic cover on the ground for easier cleanup/ lessen debris, repaired the roof, provided photos throughout, and got the job done. He even was amenable to our request to add insulation to the roof (which after opening the roof we realized was missing) and added new wooden support to areas of the roof beam that had damaged wood.
