About Us

Golden Touch Renovation LLC is a family-owned and operated company that has served the Bronx, NY since 2015. We started with interior and exterior construction projects, and today roofing is our main focus: roof repair, roof replacement, flat roofing and shingle installation for homeowners and businesses. We do this work because we love it, and we want you to like and trust us by the time we shake your hand at the end of the job.

What We Do

Our roofing work includes roof repair, roof leak repair, roof replacement, flat roof repair, shingle roof installation and chimney flashing repair. We work with asphalt shingles, flat roofing systems and modified bitumen, on both residential and commercial properties. You can see everything we offer on our roofing contractors in the Bronx page.

We also handle gutters, siding and home renovation projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, painting, additions, drywall and hardwood flooring.

How We Work

Having a contractor on your property can disrupt your daily routine, so we work to limit that impact. Every project starts with a free estimate and consultation. We inspect the roof, explain whether repair or replacement makes more sense, and answer your questions clearly. From the first estimate to the final walkthrough, you’ll know what is happening and what comes next.

Customers tell us what they notice most: quick responses, honest recommendations and photos or videos of the finished work. Read our reviews.

Discounts for Our Community

We offer a 10% discount to active-duty military, veterans and seniors.
